What we collect

Account information (name, email), chapter roster data you enter, recruitment notes, treasury records, and usage analytics necessary to operate the product.

How we use it

To deliver and improve ChapterCo, secure your account, and provide chapter analytics and AI-assisted features. We do not sell your data.

Data isolation

Each chapter's data is isolated via row-level security. Members can only see data for the chapter they belong to. Officers see more based on their role.

Your rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@chapterco.app.
